Terms of Service
Last updated: July 1, 2026
These terms govern use of CotizaListo. CotizaListo provides document-generation and workflow tools, not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, licensing, or construction advice.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and all activity under your account.
2. User responsibility
You control and are responsible for every estimate, price, tax setting, scope, contract term, customer address, license statement, and message sent through the service. You must review documents and comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws before use.
3. Templates and electronic acceptance
Templates and compliance prompts are starting points and do not guarantee enforceability or legal compliance. Electronic acceptance features create technical records but do not determine whether a transaction satisfies every disclosure, consent, cancellation, notarization, witnessing, or record-retention requirement.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval until canceled. Stripe processes payment information. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Plan limits and features may change prospectively with notice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use CotizaListo for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unsolicited communications; to distribute malware; to evade licensing rules; or to access another user's data. You must have authority to enter customer information and send each email.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant CotizaListo a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
7. Service availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, customer acceptance, payment, project results, or legal enforceability.
8. Limitation and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, CotizaListo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. You agree to defend and indemnify the operator from claims arising from your documents, work, communications, law violations, or misuse of the service. These provisions require review by counsel for the operating company's jurisdiction before launch.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for security risks, nonpayment, unlawful use, or material breach. You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal.
10. Contact and operator
